Meet Dr. Nate Rivera

Dr. Nate Rivera is a Colorado native, who grew up in Lakewood and graduated from Green Mountain High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

Dr. Rivera later found his passion in dentistry after overcoming an unpleasant experience with dental care, ultimately inspiring him to make a career shift. Dr. Rivera completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he was honored with several accolades. He was a four-year recipient of the Dean’s and Chancellor’s Excellence scholarships and was named as the recipient of two graduation awards: the Hanau Award for Excellence in Prosthodontics, and the Dr. Barry Beauvais Special Care Dentistry Award.

Dr. Rivera is inspired by his patients and aims to develop meaningful relationships through honest and authentic encounters with each person he gets the opportunity to treat. Dr. Rivera enjoys continuing education in occlusion, complex restorative dentistry, periodontal surgery, and implant therapy.

When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Rivera enjoys being a dad and playing outdoors: fishing, camping, and mountain biking with family and friends.
